2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packing, and preparation for shipment. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, order processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
4. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually:
United States Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Cost
We offer the following shipping options for orders shipped within the United States:
Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00
Free Shipping: Available for orders of $150.00 or more
If your order total is less than $150.00, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will apply at checkout.
If your order total is $150.00 or more, free shipping will be available at checkout.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Please review the shipping cost carefully before placing your order.
6. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us at service@iinicnu.shop.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
UESRMJ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@iinicnu.shop. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@iinicnu.shop with your order number and relevant details.
We may ask for photos of damaged packaging or products to help us review the issue and work with the shipping carrier when necessary.
Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other events beyond our control are not fully controlled by UESRMJ.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, product type, or shipping arrangements.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
10. Taxes, Duties, and Fees
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable taxes may be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
If any additional charges apply due to local rules, carrier handling, or address-related delivery requirements, the customer may be responsible for those charges unless otherwise stated.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@iinicnu.shop.
We will try our best to assist you, but orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be changed or cancelled.
